By booking services with Walk Play Wag, the client authorizes Walk Play Wag and its approved team members to care for their pets and enter the home or approved property locations as necessary to perform scheduled services.

Services may include:

• Dog Walking 
• Drop-In Visits 
• Pet Sitting 
• Overnight Pet Care 
• Extended Excursions 
• Medication Administration (when approved) 

The client confirms they are the legal owner or authorized caretaker of all pets receiving services.

Services are scheduled based on availability and confirmed appointments.

Clients are responsible for:

• providing accurate scheduling information 
• ensuring pets are accessible during scheduled visits 
• notifying Walk Play Wag of schedule changes promptly 

Walk Play Wag reserves the right to adjust arrival windows due to traffic, weather, emergencies, or scheduling demands.

Cancellation notice requirements may vary depending on the service type.

General guidelines:

• Walks & Drop-In Visits: Minimum 24-hour notice 
• Pet Sitting & Overnight Services: Minimum 72-hour notice 
• Holiday Services: Extended notice requirements may apply 

Late cancellations may be subject to partial or full service charges.

Clients agree to disclose any known:

• aggression 
• bite history 
• anxiety issues 
• escape tendencies 
• medical conditions 
• behavioral concerns 

For the safety of pets, sitters, walkers, and the public, Walk Play Wag reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a pet presents unsafe or dangerous behavior.

Clients are responsible for maintaining safe leashes, harnesses, collars, gates, and home environments.

In the event of a medical emergency, Walk Play Wag may seek veterinary care for the pet if the owner cannot be reached.

The client authorizes veterinary treatment deemed reasonably necessary for the pet’s health and safety and agrees to assume responsibility for related veterinary expenses.

Walk Play Wag will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner and emergency contacts before emergency treatment whenever possible.

Standard overnight pet sitting includes overnight presence in the client’s home and routine pet care but does not include continuous 24-hour supervision.

Sitters may leave periodically during the day for scheduled walks, meals, errands, appointments, or personal responsibilities.

Extended or constant-care services requiring near full-time supervision must be arranged separately and may require additional pricing and scheduling accommodations.

Clients are responsible for providing:

• accurate entry instructions 
• working keys, lockboxes, gate codes, or access methods 
• alarm instructions if applicable 

Walk Play Wag is not responsible for issues arising from:

• faulty locks or doors 
• incorrect access information 
• home security malfunctions 
• unsecured pets escaping from improperly secured areas 
• 
  

Payment is required according to the service terms provided at booking.

Walk Play Wag reserves the right to:

• require advance payment for services 
• charge late cancellation fees 
• deny future bookings for unpaid balances 

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service and cancellation timing.

While Walk Play Wag takes reasonable precautions to provide safe and professional care, clients understand that pets can be unpredictable and certain risks are inherent in pet care services.

Walk Play Wag shall not be held liable for:

• illness, injury, or death resulting from pre-existing conditions 
• undisclosed behavioral issues 
• acts of other animals or third parties 
• weather-related incidents 
• escape attempts from improperly secured equipment or property 

Clients assume responsibility for damages or injuries caused by their pets to persons, property, or other animals.

Clients authorize Walk Play Wag to send:

• service updates 
• photos 
• videos 
• GPS walk tracking 
• report cards and visit summaries 

Walk Play Wag may use pet photos or videos for marketing, website, or social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

By booking services with Walk Play Wag, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Service policies.
